VII. DEFINITIONS
- Applicant Tracking System- 世界杯官方app用于发布内部和外部职位以吸引人才的系统. It is here that interested parties will apply to the positions.
VIII. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Department Hiring Manager
- Determines/defines position title and job responsibilities.
- Obtains necessary approval(s) to post the position.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to initiate the hiring process.
- 审查和筛选通过申请人跟踪系统收到的所有申请.
- Schedules and conducts interviews, 确定一名入围者,并与人才招聘部门合作雇用该候选人.
IX. PROCEDURES
- Posting Requirements
- Unless an exception is granted by People Excellence, 员工职位必须至少张贴五(5)个日历日.
- 任何要求例外张贴的要求必须由卓越人员审查和批准,以确保符合大学的政策, procedures and/or applicable, rules, laws or regulations.
- External Advertising

- Final Screening Requirements
