VII. DEFINITIONS


  1. Applicant Tracking System- 世界杯官方app用于发布内部和外部职位以吸引人才的系统. It is here that interested parties will apply to the positions.

VIII. RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Department Hiring Manager
    1. Determines/defines position title and job responsibilities.
    2. Obtains necessary approval(s) to post the position.
    3. Partners with Talent Acquisition to initiate the hiring process.
    4. 审查和筛选通过申请人跟踪系统收到的所有申请.
    5. Schedules and conducts interviews, 确定一名入围者,并与人才招聘部门合作雇用该候选人.

IX. PROCEDURES


  1. Posting Requirements
    1. Unless an exception is granted by People Excellence, 员工职位必须至少张贴五(5)个日历日.
    2. 任何要求例外张贴的要求必须由卓越人员审查和批准,以确保符合大学的政策, procedures and/or applicable, rules, laws or regulations.
  2. External Advertising

  3. Final Screening Requirements
